Blisters is a trading name of IWEB Consolidated Pty Ltd (ACN 665 942 389). This page says what we collect, why, and how to make us stop. If anything here doesn't match what actually happens, tell us and we'll fix the behaviour, not the page.
We only email a business when a specific government tender matches what that business does, and we reckon it could win. We find addresses in public places — your website, an industry directory, a council's published supplier list, a trade association listing. For every address we keep:
We send one email, one follow-up if you haven't replied after a few days, then nothing until the next tender that's actually relevant to you. There is no newsletter and no “just checking in”. We don't cold-call businesses.
Everything you give us for a bid: business details, licences, insurance certificates, safety documents, referees, your written answers and your prices. We keep it so the next tender starts mostly done. We use it for your bids and for nothing else.
On Australian-region infrastructure, encrypted at rest, with access limited to the founder and the systems that do the drafting. Transactional emails go through a provider we control the data for. If we change any of this materially, this page changes first.
Two options, both on the contact page. No login, no confirmation dialog. A person checks it is really you, then does it.
Every email we send carries these same two links. You can also just reply “rack off” — that counts.
We operate under the Australian Privacy Act and the Spam Act. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we'll do it — usually the same day. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
This site sets none. The workspace uses one to keep you logged in. That's it — no advertising trackers.
