Blisters

Terms · updated October 2026

Plain English, and short enough to read.

These are the terms between you and Blisters, a trading name of IWEB Consolidated Pty Ltd (ACN 665 942 389). "We", "us" and "Blisters" mean that company. "You" means the business that opens a workspace or pays for a job, and the people it lets in. By opening a workspace, paying for a job, or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms. If anything here doesn't match what actually happens, tell us and we'll fix the behaviour, not the page.

1. What we do

Blisters is a tender and proposal drafting service. You engage us on an ongoing basis to identify, assess and assist with the preparation of procurement opportunities suitable for your business. In practice that means we:

2. What we don't do — it's your bid

We draft. You submit. Specifically:

3. Tender documents

Most buyers release their documents on the condition they're used only to prepare a response by the bidder and its advisers. When you send us a pack, or we obtain it as your adviser, we use it for your response and nothing else. We don't redistribute buyer documents, and we don't use one customer's pack for another customer.

4. Your workspace is sealed

Two or three businesses that could all win a job sometimes hear about it from us. Each workspace is sealed from every other: not your documents, not your answers, not your prices, not the fact you're bidding. Drafts are written separately for each business from that business's own material. We will never tell you who else is bidding, and we will never tell anyone else about you.

5. Paying for a job

Your first full submission is $149, paid once, before the pack is built. A job is a tender, a quote or a panel application. Go / no-go is always free — a job only counts once you start the draft. Payment is by card through Stripe; we never see or hold your card number. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies.

6. Subscriptions

7. Refunds

8. Your documents and your data

Everything you give us stays yours. You give us a licence to use it only to find, assess and draft work for you, and to keep your vault current. We don't sell, rent or share it, and we don't use it to train anything that serves anyone else. Our Privacy page says where it's kept and how to have it all deleted — immediately, or as near as makes no difference. You confirm you have the right to give us what you upload (your own documents, your referees' details with their knowledge, and so on).

9. The drafts we produce

Everything we draft for you is yours to use, change, reuse and submit as your own. We keep no rights in it. We may reuse our own templates, question banks and ways of working for other customers — but never your content, your answers or your prices.

10. Things you agree not to do

If you do any of these we can close the workspace. If we do, you still get your vault exported.

11. Liability — the bit a lawyer wants in

Nothing here excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded, including the guarantee that our services are provided with due care and skill and are fit for purpose. Where the law lets us limit liability for a failure to meet a guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for a bid not being successful, for a buyer's decisions, for loss of profit or business, or for anything in a submission you've lodged after the chance to check it — and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

12. The service

We aim to be available all the time and to keep every promise about turnaround, but we're a small business and things occasionally break. If a job is late because of us, say so and we'll make it right. We can change or improve the service; we'll never remove something a subscriber is paying for without giving them something at least as good (see 6).

13. Changing these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll email the address on your account at least 30 days before the change applies, and this page will show the new date at the top. If you keep using Blisters after that date, the new terms apply. If you don't like a change, cancel — nothing further is charged.

14. The formal bit

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and its courts. If one part is unenforceable the rest still stands. If there's a problem, talk to us first — a person answers, and most things are fixed the same day.
